We sent plastic bag ban and electric vehicle legislation to Gov. Brown

California lawmakers passed two groundbreaking bills to protect our water, air and beautiful places: a statewide ban on single-use plastic bags and a new program to put a million electric vehicles on California’s roads. Right now, we’re working to make sure Gov. signs both bills.

The case was brought by the company that makes single use plastic bags. This should pave the way for the City of LA to move forward with a ban on single use plastic bags!!
