Oil drilling off the coast and closing state parks
Gov. Schwarzenegger and leaders in the state Legislature reached an
agreement on the budget that includes opening our coast to more oil
drilling and closing many of our state parks. But there's still a
chance to
protect our coast and parks. The governor
can move to strip these harmful provisions from the budget.
