PXP, an out-of-state oil company, is on its third attempt of the last few months to open our coast to drilling.

We can't let the Legislature open the coast. And we've only got a few days to stop it.

Letter Dear Senator, As your constituent, I am asking you to keep California’s coastline safe from the threat of oil drilling and VOTE NO on AB 1536. If this dirty deal goes through, it will be the first time in 40 years that we open new state land to oil drilling, and would send a message to the federal government that our coast is up for sale. California’s coasts are not for sale. Vote NO on AB 1536.
