It's time for the right energy plan

Paris Hilton isn't the only one who has an energy plan. We've got one: more wind, more solar. ExxonMobil and other big energy companies have a plan too: more drilling, more burning . . . more of the same.

Right now, leaders in Sacramento are meeting to work out a deal that increases our use of clean, renewable energy to 33% by 2020 -- three times what it is now. If adopted, it would be the most aggressive clean energy standard in the country.

There is a better plan than to drill, drill, drill. Let's triple clean energy in California.
