Mr. Mills works on federal environmental policy. Currently Mr. Mills is working to build support for strong science-based policies to prevent the worst effects of global warming.

 

Prior to working for Environment California, Mr. Mills was Chair of Legislative Affairs for the California State Student Association, where he advocated in the California State Legislature for affordable public higher education.

 

Mr. Mills graduated from California State University San Marcos in 2007 with degrees in Women’s Studies and Social Sciences with an emphasis in Political Science.
